Office and Accounts Manager

We have a very exciting opportunity for an Office and Accounts Manager to join a healthcare business based in West Bromwich offering up to 35k a year and is fully office based.

The roles responsibilities would include:
- Process and improvement for the branches
- Property management and reviewing contracts and tenancies
- Ensuring compliance is adhered towards
- HR admin duties such as offer letter, onboarding
- Ensuring building management is managed and liaising with contractors
- Coordinating recruitment
- Reviewing suppliers and ensuring costs are the best met
- Inbox management
- Post and documentation management
- Use of QuickBooks to manage finances, report to the accountant on company finances and invoices

For this role the candidate would need to have solid operational or office management ideally within healthcare, but it is not essential for the sector. It is however essential for the candidate to have used QuickBooks before and be driven, forward thinking and open minded to ensure best practice for the business is being met!
