Ambitious Office coordinator/PA

An exciting opportunity for an office coordinator has arisen with a boutique finance house.

This role would require someone to start as soon as possible and have a minimum of 12 months administration skills.
Role involves supporting two MD's managing their diaries, and also working closely with he office manager/HR Manager. Duties include : ordering stationery, building maintenance, liaising with outsourced IT providers, greeting clients assisting with presentation material such as binding and printing documents, organising internal events, such as work anniversaries and birthdays.
The office environment is busy yet friendly.
Chosen candidate will need to be multitasking with good administration and coordination skills. The role starts at short notice as the current office coordinator will be moving abroad in September.
Working full time in the office Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm
