Office Manager for Wiltshire Charity - highly flexible hours and supportive culture!

Working for this amazing organisation you will be the hub of their reception and front of house. Supporting the wider office this will provide all reception, day to day facilities, office management as well administrative support.

Working part-time (30 hours per week) this role offers the flexibility to support other commitments alongside work but will fully office based for the 30 hours. The charity have a London hub which this role is also responsible for and requires one day per week (initially, then dropping to 2 days per month) to be based in London – fully travel costs are covered.

Experience within the third or not for profit sector it is not essential but an interest in working for a charity would be welcomed. Breadth of experience and exposure to working in or for an international environment would be brilliant. This role will support the larger team of c. 50 within the office on a very ad hoc basis so being happy to help wherever you’re needed is really helpful!

Key skills and experience;
• Office based experience including tasks such as ordering stationary, booking meeting rooms, managing suppliers such as cleaners/ printer suppliers, etc.
• Experience with day to day office health and safety, such as fire alarm testing, etc would be ideal
• Having amuck-in attitude where nothing is too much trouble and solution can always be found!
• Happy meeting and greeting staff, NEDs as well as key senior stakeholders, VIPs and those from the armed forces, government and other charities.
