All rounder Office Assistant, £30-£40k, hybrid, central London.

Our client, a professional, family feel global investment company, located in the city, are seeking an all-rounder facilities, team assistant.

Approx 40pp based in the London office, more relaxed corporate in style and a company that genuinely care about their employees.

Based on reception working on a hybrid  basis, Tues, Wed & Thurs in the office and Mon and Fri from home.
Working alongside a part time long standing assistant, relevant experience is essential but personality and and attitude are key. Bright, ambitious, client facing – a genuine team player, enthusiastic.
Duties will include, reception, meeting and greeting, being the first point of contact for OM support, facilities and  maintenance admin. Assisting with HR admin, events internal and external along with PA type duties, diaries, travel, visas. 

The successful candidate will ideally be educated to graduate level and have 1-3 years of office based experience, a fast learner and IT savvy.
